Great energy and definitely has a healing touch. I have been coming to Sonia regularly for red-light therapy and reflexology treatments, and recently I had an infrared heat therapy treatment too. She has always gone out of her way to pamper me with her relaxation massages and manual lymphatic drainage treatments on my body in addition to my regular treatments. I know she really wants to help me. Her genuine caring approach goes a long way. I have had a lot of gut issues, body, muscle and joint soreness and fatigue are just a few of my health challenges.
